Whether you are snuggling under the down duvet on the king size bed, or soaking in the huge soaker tub, or curled up on the couch with a good book, you need only glance up through our floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the panoramic ocean views including sunsets over Texada and Vancouver Islands.
The Casa di Mare suite has been architecturally designed to maximize our awesome views and your comfort. By elevating the rear portion of the suite we were able to ensure fantastic ocean views from the king size bed. In addition, a huge soaker tub in the raised floor enables you to enjoy a luxurious bath and the beautiful view at the same time. The suite is also fitted with a Murphy wall bed which allows us to provide additional accommodation for children or special guests.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, and microwave. There is also a propane barbeque for your exclusive use on your private deck. On the lower level of your private deck is the hot tub. Again, we have taken great care to ensure unimpeded viewing of the ocean in front of you by installing special frameless glass deck railings.
The large bathroom features a beautiful tiled shower and toasty heated slate flooring. This same heated slate flooring has been installed in the kitchen area of the suite. Finally, a free standing propane fireplace provides not only heat but a lovely romantic fireside ambiance.

Policies:
Deposit for Your Stay at Casa di Mare
A deposit of one night's room rate or 50% of entire stay (whichever is more) is processed by credit card at the time of reservations to guarantee booking. The balance is due upon arrival or on your originally scheduled date of arrival (whichever is earlier) and is charged to your credit card at that time. Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is 14 days advance notice. Please call at least 2 weeks prior to the date of your arrival if you are not able to keep your reservation. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice we reserve the right to fully charge for all nights for which we were unable to secure a replacement booking. We will issue a full refund for all nights that we are able to rebook.

- A credit card number is required to hold the reservation
- No pets please
- Check-in after 3:00 pm
- Check-out by 11:00 am
- No smoking in the guest house please.
- Smoking is permitted outside.
